Reting to the Country Manager, the Communications Director (DirCom) will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company´s corate communications as well as design and integrate diverse communications initiatives regarding media relations, age, g, crisis, PR, etc as well as to act as the key spokesperson and media contact for the Company in Spain.
The Communications Director is a strategic position and must be able to prove the quality and results of its work to the whole organization and its peers
The ideal candidate would have a University degree, highly preferable with a postgraduate in Business Management.
Background experience in Life Sciences is a plus as well as knowledge of the Healthcare sector and Spanish Health System. However, a solid track record in communications in a major organization is the only key requirement.
Minum of five years of progressing experience in management of complex communications/media/public relations departments.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
